1. When will my order ship?
We have a 2-3 day processing time on all in stock orders. Please allow the full processing time to pass.
2. Where are you located? Do you ship internationally?
We are located in Provo, Utah. We are doing international shipping starting September 17th. There will be delays due to Covid so please make sure that you look at the estimated delivery time before checking out!
3. Are customs covered by Keeb Source?
You, the buyer, are responsible for the import taxes and duties on your order.
4. Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. Please reach out to us at: email@example.com and we can get that changed ASAP! Note that if the shipping address is being changed from domestic to international there will be an additional charge.
5. When will you restock on lube?
Unfortunately, we do not know exactly when we will be restocking, but be sure to sign up for our mailing list to receive updates!
